What is included in rental?
The rental includes management fee, government rent and rates, but exclusive of utilities and other related expenses. No housekeeping service will be provided.
What is the minimum stay?
We offer 24-month lease. Break clause can be exercised after 12 months’ stay upon the service of 2 months’ written notice to Landlord, which means the minimum stay is 14 months.
Is STAR STUDIOS pet-friendly?
We do not accept any pets.
What is the unit mix at Star Studios?
